Scrambled Eggs)
Drain and Press tofu (15-20mins) using a tofu press, a kitchen towel or paper towel (or however you do it) Oil or butter a pan (I use Med-Hi heat) then add tofu. Add turmeric for ‘egg’ color & season how you’d like. Cook 5-10mins (or until you feel it’s ready) You’re ready to go!
– you don’t have to use your hands to create the scramble, you can do it however you feel. I used to scramble the tofu in the pan with a spatula while it was cooking, but I’m cooking by myself for myself, and I like how it turns out using my hands.
