Herbivore Chicago had its last pop-up of 2024, and of course, I had to pull up, but this time, I brought Deangelo back with me. Herbivore Chicago has some of the best vegan food in Chicago, we had to grab one of everything. The Don, Mama’s Meatball Sub, The Italian Stallion, Arancini, and A Chocolate Chip Cookie are all amazing options.
