This pleasant establishment is located in Leawood, KS (Kansas City). It offers indoor/outdoor seating, a completely vegan menu, and various beverage offerings. The pizza had delicious ingredients but did not combine and hit well for me. Whatever the lemon-tasting substance was, it was enjoyable. The 48-hour sourdough crust was incredible. The sweet potato was decent, but the mushrooms were not the best addition to the hash. Maybe cooked differently, I would have enjoyed it more, I’m not sure, but I like the ingredients. The Mindful Chai was excellent. I was not a fan of the Coconut Panna Cotta. I recently had a panna cotta while in Chicago, and I was spoiled with flavor and texture, this panna cotta was not that.
